We are looking for Technical Business Analyst for our client in New York City, NY

Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Job Location: New York City, NY

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into detailed, functional, and testable specifications.
Work within Agile squads to support development of surveillance controls.
Act as a liaison between business units and delivery teams across all phases of the development lifecycle.
Perform feasibility analysis, define project scope, prioritize deliverables, and recommend solutions and strategies.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for system and data-related queries.
Develop Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) test cases to streamline QA and UAT processes.
Support requirement gathering, process design, and use case documentation.

Required Skills And Experience:

3 5 years of experience in software development or business analysis roles.
Strong SQL and data analysis expertise.
Experience with business requirements definition and end-to-end management.
Knowledge of structured analysis, process design, and documentation techniques.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Scala, or Python.
Experience in testing and tuning Natural Language Models, particularly in the eCommunications domain.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
