Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and develop scalable, high-quality Power BI learning content for multiple learner personas
• Partner with data literacy leadership and Power BI subject matter experts to align content with program strategy
• Translate complex analytics and BI concepts into clear, engaging instructional materials
• Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions across the enterprise
• Improve and expand Data Literacy products including courses, curricula, and learning modules
• Conduct learner discovery, pilot testing, and continuous improvement of training materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a computational, mathematical, science-related, or data-related field
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or curriculum development
• 4+ years of experience in data and analytics or related technical fields
• 1+ year of experience using instructional and visual design tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage and motivate diverse learner groups
