Quality Assurance Test Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Test Lead in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.

Summary:
The Quality Assurance Test Lead is a senior, hands-on role responsible for leading day-to-day sprint testing execution for UI-focused development teams. This individual will embed directly with React or Angular development teams and play a critical role in building testing structure, automation, and quality practices for new UI applications.

Responsibilities include:
* Leading in-sprint testing activities, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
* Manages QA analysts working across multiple products and delivery cadences, including offshore teams, and serves as the onshore point of contact for distributed QA resources
* Help create, groom, prioritize, and execute the test automation backlog, with a focus on low-code/no-code UI automation
* Review and sign off on test plans, report on testing progress, burn-downs, and defects, and collaborate closely with Development Managers to align testing capacity with sprint goals
* Owns the creation and maintenance of Jira and Octane/QMetry dashboards and works to establish test cases and automation where none currently exist

REQUIREMENTS:
* Senior-level QA professional with strong experience leading UI testing efforts
* Hands-on experience testing modern web applications using React or Angular
* Experience with low-code/no-code UI automation tools; Tosca preferred, but comparable tools accepted
* Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including in-sprint testing, story grooming, estimation, sprint planning, and PI planning
* Experience managing and coordinating QA teams across onshore and offshore locations
* Proficiency with Jira and Octane/QMetry, with an emphasis on test case quality and reporting
* Strong communication skills and experience collaborating closely with development leadership
* Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight
* Proven ability to stand up test cases, automation, and QA processes in lean or greenfield environments
* SQL knowledge (Oracle PL/SQL a plus) is beneficial but not required
* Availability to support early morning stand-ups aligned with Central Time core hours

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
