Job Details
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
  • Experience overseeing ground-up and/or renovation commercial projects.
  • Ability to manage all on-site construction activities including scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, inspections, safety, and quality - control.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, and project logistics.
  • Experience leading subcontractor meetings and maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
  • Proven ability to maintain project schedules and deliver projects within budget expectations.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe jobsite environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using construction management software and scheduling platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required based on experience.
