Role Overview

We are seeking an Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud to support finance operations within an enterprise ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will act as the primary functional point of contact, ensuring smooth application support, issue resolution, and system optimization.


Key Responsibilities

1. Application Support

  • Provide functional support for Oracle ERP Finance modules
  • Assist users with system inquiries, errors, and operational issues

2. Ticket & Incident Management

  • Monitor and resolve support tickets (L1/L2 support)
  • Manage incident queues and ensure timely resolution

3. Vendor Coordination

  • Escalate complex issues to vendors and track resolution
  • Coordinate with external teams for system fixes and enhancements

4. Interface Monitoring & Troubleshooting

  • Monitor system interfaces and data integrations
  • Troubleshoot failed jobs and data transmission issues

5. Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Create and maintain runbooks, configuration documents, and user guides
  • Document processes, issues, and solutions clearly

6. Release & Patch Management

  • Review monthly patch releases
  • Analyze impact and recommend improvements

Required Skills

Functional Expertise

  • Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials)
  • Finance domain knowledge (GL, AP, FA)

Support & Troubleshooting

  • L1/L2 application support
  • Incident and problem management

Core Competencies

  • Strong documentation skills
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work with global stakeholders

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle Procurement Cloud
  • ERP integrations and financial system interfaces
  • Experience in SaaS ERP environments

Additional Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment
  • Experience in enterprise finance systems
