Position: Salesforce Business Analyst (f2F Interview in MA)
Location: Everett, MA (Onsite 1 day per week)

Duration: Multi Year Renewable Contract
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per week

Submittal Questions:

1.      How many years of Business Analysis experience, including enterprise CRM or Salesforce platforms?

2.      How many years experience creating process flows, system diagrams, wireframes, and workflow documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar?

3.      Years of experience working in Scrum or Agile environments?

4.      Years of experience using AI-enabled productivity and analysis tools to improve documentation quality, research, process analysis, and delivery?

5.      An independent and self-motivated team player?

6.      Agree to participant the In-person interview in the Everett MA office?

7.      Agree to work on-site one day per week in the Everett MA Office?

Position Description (Overview):
Client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support critical enterprise Salesforce initiatives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, project managers, Salesforce administrators, architects, and development teams to analyze business needs, improve operational processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organized professional with strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills who can effectively bridge business and technical teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Position Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Works with most phases of systems analysis while considering the business and technical implications of the application of technology to current and future business environments.

Duties include:

·         Create process change through the integration of new processes with existing ones and communication of changes to business users

·         Formulate and define systems scope and objectives

·         Develop and modify moderately complex information

·         Facilitate the delivery of technical business solutions

·         Analyze business and user needs, document requirements and devise technical solutions

·         Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.
