Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer who will work closely with the internal development team to implement approved functional and technical specifications. The initial focus will be on the new PLM environment, with opportunities to support integrations with related enterprise applications.

This is a hands-on development role. Strong experience with C#/.NET and JavaScript is the primary requirement. Experience with Aras Innovator, PLM, ERP, or engineering applications is highly desirable but not required.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using C#/.NET.
Strong hands-on experience developing applications using JavaScript.
Experience implementing complex application changes from established functional and technical specifications.
Experience developing or supporting enterprise system integrations.
Strong debugging, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with existing enterprise applications and codebases.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with developers, technical teams, and business users in an evolving project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Aras Innovator.
Experience developing or customizing PLM applications.
Experience with Oracle Agile PLM, Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA, or other PLM platforms.
Experience with Aras server-side development using C# and client-side customization using JavaScript.
Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP platforms.
Experience supporting engineering, materials management, procurement, MRP, manufacturing, or project execution applications.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, middleware, or other enterprise integration technologies.
