Experience & Education 8 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3 5 years in AI / Solution Architecture roles.

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect with 5+ years of experience to lead the design and implementation of an AI powered Research Assistant Copilot that provides intelligent advice and insights to Tax professionals. This role will be responsible for architecting end to end AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio / Researcher, and enterprise knowledge platforms, integrated with POKA (Knowledge AI Assistant).
The ideal candidate will combine strong AI/ML architecture skills, Microsoft ecosystem expertise, and domain understanding of tax and professional services research.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Design end to end architecture for an AI driven Research Assistant Copilot for Tax professionals.
Define scalable, secure, and extensible AI solution architectures using Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
Architect integrations between EYQ, POKA, internal knowledge repositories, and external data sources.
Define prompt engineering strategies, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) patterns, and reasoning workflows.
AI & Copilot Implementation
Lead implementation of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Researcher capabilities.
Design conversational flows, reasoning chains, and agent behaviors for complex tax research and advisory use cases.
Ensure accuracy, explainability, and traceability of AI generated tax insights.
Implement feedback loops for continuous learning and improvement.
Data, Knowledge & Integration
Architect knowledge ingestion pipelines from structured and unstructured sources (documents, policies, research notes).
Design semantic search, embeddings, vector stores, and metadata models.
Enable integration with enterprise platforms such as EYQ and POKA.
Collaborate with data engineering teams for secure and compliant data access.
Governance, Security & Compliance
Ensure solutions comply with data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI guidelines, especially for tax and regulatory data.
Define role based access, audit logging, and data lineage.
Implement content filtering, grounding, and hallucination mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with business stakeholders (Tax SMEs, Product Owners) to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Create architecture documentation, design standards, and best practices.
Support PoCs, pilots, and production rollouts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Technical Skills
Strong experience as a Solution Architect in AI / ML / GenAI projects.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, including:
o Microsoft Copilot
o Copilot Studio
o Copilot Researcher
Hands on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
Expertise in RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures.
Experience designing AI agents and multi step reasoning workflows.
