Summary

Job Description

12+ years of experience in data management delivery, with 5+ years leading Master Data Management (MDM) programs on SAP transformation projects.
Own end-to-end delivery of the IDMC workstream for the S/4HANA go-live (August 2027), including scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and escalations across LMV, SAP, BTP, and infrastructure teams.
Lead the gated transition from the incumbent, ensuring knowledge transfer (KT) exit criteria are met and runbook sign-off is completed.
Chair weekly delivery review meetings and represent HCL in monthly steering committee meetings.
Own the Change Request (CR) pipeline, including declared schedule impact for each change and maintenance of the churn dashboard.
Accountable for milestone gates M1–M9, cutover execution, and hypercare exit.
Demonstrate strong client-facing capabilities with experience managing onsite and offshore teams of 10+ members.
Possess hands-on experience with Statement of Work (SOW) management and commercial governance.
