Summary

Summary:

This role is responsible for project development and execution by ensuring that process and project engineering design requirements delivered meet all technical requirements and provide process engineering input to all phases of the project life cycle. May be assigned to lead small- to medium-scale projects in support of new product development, capacity expansion, and process improvement.

Compensation for this position will be determined based on various factors, including experience, skills, and internal equity. The expected salary range for this role is between $ 70,000 and $ 87,000 . Additional compensation may include but is not limited to, bonus programs and an employee stock purchase plan. Essential Functions:

  • Assist with defining strategies and develop and execute plans for assigned programs and projects.
  • Work with customers to resolve difficult technical/quality issues.
  • Assist with scale-up efforts for new processes and/or products, and lead optimization efforts for existing processes and/or products.
  • Coordinate and manage capital projects from planning through completion. This may include project charter and business case creation, vendor selection, development of equipment specifications, presentation to stakeholders, and oversight of third-party design.
  • Lead process improvement and capital equipment project teams.
  • Review and sign off on technical drawing packages to ensure design meet the technical requirements of the project.
  • Provide timely communication to manager and other appropriate stakeholders on the status of all current projects.
  • Provide operations support for post project start up activities to troubleshoot component and system issues if required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • 2+ years relevant project management experience and relevant product and process development engineering experience
  • Proficient in project management software and engineering design tools
  • Travel: Up to 25%
