Must have: Experience in FP&A systems, CPM support, financial reporting systems, or finance transformation. Hands on experience with FIS (OptiFunder & Workiva). Dimensional modeling concepts, disclosure controls, auditability and governance

Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide production support for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes in FIS and related tools (OptiFunder & Workiva).
• Maintain and enhance planning models, dimensions, hierarchies, and scenario/version controls to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Support Workiva reporting and disclosure workflows including data imports, linking, governance, and versioning to enable accurate period end reporting.
• Own report package refreshes and deliverables for executive leadership and the board; troubleshoot calculation issues and report output defects under tight timelines.
• Reconcile planning and reporting outputs to source systems; investigate variances and implement preventative controls to reduce manual workarounds.
• Manage enhancements end to end: requirements gathering, prioritization, UAT, release notes, training, and adoption.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT to improve governance, documentation, and repeatability of planning and reporting cycles.

Required Experience, Skills & Competencies

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A systems, CPM support, financial reporting systems, or finance transformation.
• Hands on experience with FIS.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to interpret models, assumptions, and variance drivers.
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles and executive reporting in an audit aware environment.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills; able to convert ambiguous requests into clear, testable requirements.
• Experience with workflow, documentation, and change management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus)

• Experience with disclosure controls, auditability, and governance for internal or external reporting.
• Familiarity with dimensional modeling concepts (e.g., entity, account, scenario, version) and common data integration patterns.
• Experience standardizing report packages and automating manual reporting processes.
