One Federal Solution is seeking a highly qualified PMD Program Manager to support the FPS Program Management Division (PMD) in program governance, analytics, project management, reporting, compliance initiatives, dashboarding, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination activities.
The selected candidate will provide leadership and analytical support for agency-wide initiatives, program performance management, reporting, and strategic mission support while ensuring compliance with DHS security and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling requirements.
Program Manager Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain project plans and integrated master schedules
- Establish governance frameworks, policies, SOPs, and procedures
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and requirements gathering
- Monitor project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
- Support agency-wide initiatives and capability gap analysis
- Prepare leadership briefings and communication products
- Perform technical editing and policy documentation support
- Support program metrics and reporting
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation
- Develop and deliver training for PMs, CORs, and stakeholders
- Support dashboard analytics and workload analysis
- Support statistical modeling and simulation initiatives
- Develop lifecycle cost estimates and analytical documentation
- Support presentations, reports, white papers, and executive briefings
- Support ad hoc projects and mission support requirements
Program Manager Required Qualifications - Minimum 12 years of project/program management or related experience
- Minimum 8 years conducting analytical and support activities
- Experience supporting complex government programs
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with lifecycle cost estimating and analysis of alternatives
- Experience with dashboarding and data analytics
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience preparing executive-level reports and briefings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365 Suite
- Experience with Power BI, Visio, Access, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Master's Degree required
Program Manager Preferred Qualifications - Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS preferred for analytical support functions
- Experience supporting DHS or FPS mission environments preferred
- Familiarity with program governance, compliance, and federal reporting requirements preferred
Program Manager Security Requirements - DHS suitability/PIV credential required
- Personnel must comply with DHS security and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling requirements
