SAP S/4HANA Service Management Functional Consultant
Location: Remote + Travel Alternative weeks for 3 days

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes including Service Orders, Service Contracts, Subscriptions, Billing, and Revenue integration.
• Configure and support Solution Quotations for complex service offerings (product + service bundles, subscription-based and usage-based services).
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Ensure integration with SAP SD, Order Management, Finance, Revenue Recognition (RAR), Billing, and Digital Payments.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Prepare Functional Design Specifications (FDS), process flows, configuration documents, and test scripts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Service Management configuration expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Solution Quotations, Service Contracts, Service Orders, and Service Billing.
• Experience integrating with SAP SD, FI, Revenue Recognition (RAR), and Subscription Billing.
• At least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
