Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and proficient Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in AI application development and hands-on experience in Python programming. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with technical leadership to deliver high-quality software solutions, assist in daily programming tasks, and contribute to the design and implementation of innovative AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications, with a focus on AI and automation solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Provide programming support in Python for ongoing development projects and daily coding tasks.
Maintain and enhance existing web applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Build integrations with platforms such as APIs, Orchestration tools or other enterprise systems.
Apply best practices in software engineering, including code review, version control, and agile methodologies.
Participate in testing, debugging, and optimizing workflows to reduce error rates and improve user experience.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate project success.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated experience in Python programming and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (such as React.js or Angular).
Experience integrating AI or automation features into scalable applications.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and agile development practices.
Strong troubleshooting, testing, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to Agile workflows and participation in scrum teams.
Knowledge of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, HTML/CSS.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Commitment to clean, maintainable code and continuous learning.
