Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Broadridge Developer to design, customize, and implement Broadridge platform solutions for our banking and financial services clients. The ideal candidate will have hands on expertise with Broadridge products (BPS, IMPACT, Gloss, Post Trade, Proxy, or Wealth/Investor Communication platforms) and strong development skills to automate workflows, integrate systems, and deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

This role requires someone who can work directly with business, operations, and technology teams to translate requirements into high-quality technical deliverables, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption across the bank.

Key Responsibilities

•           Customize and implement Broadridge platform modules based on client requirements (BPS, IMPACT, Gloss, Proxy, Wealth, Post Trade, etc.).

•           Develop automation solutions for trade processing, settlements, corporate actions, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance workflows.

•           Build and enhance APIs, interfaces, and data pipelines between Broadridge systems and banking applications (core banking, trading, risk, compliance, CRM).

•           Configure Broadridge workflows, rules engines, templates, and operational models.

•           Perform end to end development: design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.

•           Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

•           Troubleshoot issues across Broadridge modules, integrations, and downstream systems.

•           Ensure solutions meet banking regulatory, operational, and security standards.

•           Support UAT, regression testing, and production rollout activities.

•           Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills & Experience

•           4–8 years of experience working with Broadridge platforms or Broadridge financial products.

•           Hands on experience with one or more Broadridge systems:

o           BPS (Brokerage Processing Services)

o           IMPACT

o           Gloss

o           Proxy/Shareholder Communications

o           Post Trade / Trade Management

o           Wealth / Investor Communications

•           Strong development skills in:

o           Java / .NET / Python

o           SQL, PL/SQL

o           API development (REST/SOAP)

o           Scripting for automation (Shell, Python, PowerShell)

•           Experience integrating Broadridge with banking systems (trading, clearing, settlements, risk, compliance).

•           Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, corporate actions, custody, and post trade operations.

•           Familiarity with FIX, SWIFT, MQ, Kafka, ETL tools, or similar integration technologies.

•           Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast paced banking environments.

•           Excellent communication skills for client facing interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

•           Experience implementing Broadridge solutions for Tier 1 or Tier 2 banks.

•           Knowledge of US regulatory requirements (FINRA, SEC, OCC, FRB).

•           Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.

•           Broadridge product certifications (if applicable).

•           Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) for modernizing Broadridge integrations.
