Job Description: Quadient Inspire Developer – Banking Domain

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quadient Inspire Developer with strong Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain knowledge to design, develop, and maintain Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions across print and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain templates using Quadient Inspire Designer, Automation, Interactive, and Scaler/Integrator.
• Build dynamic, personalized communications for bank statements, loan documents, customer onboarding, alerts, and regulatory notices.
• Develop batch workflows and omnichannel communications across print, email, SMS, web, and digital banking.
• Integrate with core banking, LOS, CRM, payment systems, APIs, web services, and SFTP.
• Optimize high-volume processing, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve template and batch failures.
• Perform unit testing, support SIT/UAT, maintain documentation, and follow version control and governance standards.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, RBI guidelines, and data privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with business, operations, risk, compliance, and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Quadient Inspire development experience.
• Strong expertise in Inspire Designer, Automation, Interactive, and Scaler/Integrator.
• Banking/BFSI experience in statements, advices, alerts, onboarding kits, and regulatory communications.
• Knowledge of PDF, AFP, PostScript, HTML, and email templates.
• Experience with batch processing, workflows, system integrations, performance tuning, and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred: Quadient Inspire certifications in Designer, Automation, or Interactive; bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
