Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IBM Maximo Application Developer to join our team onsite in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) and Maximo 7.6.x environments, along with expertise in system upgrades, integrations, and enterprise-level implementations. This role requires strong programming skills, API development experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain solutions within IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) and Maximo 7.6.x environments
Lead and support Maximo upgrades, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives
Develop custom applications and integrations using Java, JavaScript, and Python
Create and maintain BIRT reports to meet business requirements
Design, build, and integrate REST APIs using JSON-based data structures
Provide backend support using Oracle 19c+ databases
Utilize development and troubleshooting tools such as Liberty, Eclipse, and PuTTY
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments
Participate in testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9)
Hands-on experience with Maximo 7.6.x environments
Proven experience in Maximo upgrades and implementations
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Python
Experience with BIRT reporting
Solid understanding of REST APIs and JSON
Experience working with Oracle 19c+ databases
Familiarity with tools such as Liberty, Eclipse, and PuTTY
Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Energy & Utilities domain
Familiarity with UI automation frameworks
Experience working on large-scale enterprise implementations
