We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Scrum Master to drive business analysis, Agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration across enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements, translate business needs into actionable user stories, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, stakeholder management, leadership, and Agile coaching.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business process documentation, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, QA, Architecture, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize work with stakeholders, and track delivery against project timelines.
- Identify, communicate, and help resolve project risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments.
- Monitor Agile delivery metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown, and team capacity to improve delivery performance.
- Support release planning, UAT, production deployments, and post-release validation.
- Drive continuous process improvements and promote Agile best practices across teams.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to leadership.
qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Agile software development environments.
2+ years of Scrum Master experience leading Agile teams.
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira, SQL, and business process documentation.
Proven ability to facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification.
Experience with Business Objects, Power BI, REST APIs, system integrations, and ITIL practices.
Experience in the Airline, Travel, or Transportation industry is a plus.
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices is desirable.
