Within LM Space, the Victor Program Area is looking for a highly motivated Senior System Engineer to join a brand new effort that will be developing and integrating an Operational C2 system in a virtual cloud environment. As the Lead Developer for the effort, LM will be working closely with Mission Partners to deliver a fully integrated system to the Customer comprised of critical software applications.
As a member of the Systems Engineering, Integration and Test team, you will work with the technical leads on the program on the following types of tasks:
Requirements - Decomposition & allocation of Customer provided requirements, identification of any requirement gaps, and recommendations to Customer on additional requirements
Concept of Operations development for the System
System Integration - Work with various Mission Partners through involvement in working groups, and interface development and documentation
Mission Analysis - opportunities to conduct trade studies and perform analysis on various parts of the system
Contract Deliverables (CDRLs) - contribute to the creation and maintenance of CDRLs, such as System Design Documents, Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix, System Integration Test Plan
Travel - there will be opportunities to travel to support Working groups, Customer meetings, and Customer test events
This new role provides the opportunity to be a part of the entire system engineering lifecycle, where the candidate will be able to apply their systems engineering, integration and test skills at the lowest level all the way up through full system functionality. Basic Qualifications
Experience with Interface definition, implementation, testing and validation
Experience with cloud security architecture and requirements
Experience collaborating with Program Customers, Partners, IT and SW teams to ensure security built into System design
Experience producing quality technical documents (ex. test plans/procedures, training material, trade studies)
Active TS/SCI clearance
Desired skills
Security + or CISSP certification
Experience with CONOPS development
Experience working on an Agile scrum team
Experience with System Level Test Planning and Execution
Experience using Agile tools (Jira, Version One, Confluence)

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
