Systems Administrator

Description

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves managing and maintaining system functionality to ensure optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system operations and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and technical support.

Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory environments to ensure seamless operations.
Manage and support Windows Server systems, ensuring high availability and security.
Provide technical expertise for Windows 10 environments, including updates and user support.
Oversee and perform maintenance on Dell Technologies hardware to optimize system performance.
Administer and manage Citrix Technologies to support virtualization and remote access.
Conduct regular system monitoring and performance tuning to identify and resolve issues.
Implement security protocols and updates to safeguard systems against vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with team members to enhance system functionality and support business needs.
Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and procedures.
Provide training and support to users regarding system tools and processes.

Requirements

Proven experience with Active Directory administration and management.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server systems and their functionalities.
Proficiency in Windows 10 and related troubleshooting methods.
Hands-on experience with Dell Technologies hardware and systems.
Familiarity with Citrix Technologies and virtualization solutions.
Solid understanding of system security practices and protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Effective communication skills for technical documentation and user support.
