This is not a traditional automation role — you will design, build, and continuously evolve AI-powered test frameworks that think, adapt, and self-heal. You will be the driving force behind our shift from script-based testing to intelligent, autonomous quality assurance. Based in Dallas, TX, you will work onsite three days a week collaborating with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle.

 

  • Design and implement AI-powered test generation using LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) to automatically create, maintain, and optimize test cases from user stories and requirements
  • Build self-healing test automation that uses ML models to detect and repair broken locators, scripts, and assertions without manual intervention
  • Develop intelligent test selection and prioritization engines that predict high-risk areas and run targeted test suites using historical defect and code change data
  • Implement AI-based visual regression testing using computer vision models to detect UI anomalies and layout regressions across browsers and devices
  • Integrate AI copilots into the QA workflow — automating test documentation, root cause analysis of failures, and test coverage gap identification
  • Use NLP-driven test frameworks to convert plain-language acceptance criteria directly into executable automated tests (BDD + AI)
