Summary
Role: Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong technical expertise and good functional understanding to support development, enhancements, and production support activities.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (Primary Module)
- Techno-functional role with ~70 80% technical and ~20 30% functional exposure
- Strong hands-on in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Workflows, Fast Formulas, APIs
- Good understanding of HRMS functional processes (Core HR, Payroll, OLM, OTL, etc.)
- Experience in post-production support and issue resolution
- Exposure to requirements gathering and solution design
- Fusion HCM exposure is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for Oracle EBS HRMS modules
- Design and develop technical solutions based on functional requirements
- Work with business users to understand HRMS requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Handle production support tickets, debugging, and root cause analysis
- Support integrations, reports, and customizations in HRMS
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for enhancements and upgrades
Must Have:
- Strong Oracle EBS HRMS technical skills
- Good functional knowledge of HRMS modules
- Experience in production support environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
