Summary
We are seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of critical hotel and theme park systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex, cross-functional projects that enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of hotel and park technology platforms, from requirements gathering through design, integration, testing, validation, and go-live.
- Serve as the primary technical owner for platform deployments, ensuring seamless execution and integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, vendors, and engineering teams to develop detailed technical delivery plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage system integration efforts, including API development, middleware solutions, and security protocols, to connect internal and third-party systems effectively.
- Oversee environment readiness, including lab testing and production validation, to guarantee system stability and performance before launch.
- Coordinate vendor activities, hardware installation, and on-site deployment, particularly for hotel guest room systems and park operational platforms.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and critical deadlines to ensure timely project delivery.
Specialized Focus Areas:
Hotel Platform Delivery:
- Implement and integrate core hotel systems such as Property Management Systems (Oracle Opera Cloud), Central Reservation System (SHR Windsurfer), Guest Entertainment (UniGuest), Parking (Tiba/SPARK), Door Lock (Dormakaba), and Point of Sale (Oracle Simphony).
- Direct ground-up hotel build projects, including hardware installation and system validation for guest rooms to ensure readiness for opening.
Park Systems Delivery:
- Lead the deployment of park operation platforms like attraction command centers, maintenance management systems (Maximo), digital signage solutions, and operational dashboards.
- Bring expertise in theme park operations, ensuring systems support smooth guest flow and internal efficiency.
Hybrid Delivery:
- Support projects spanning both hotel and park systems, especially during transitional phases or overlapping initiatives, managing complex dependencies and timelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in application delivery, systems integration, or technical program leadership.
- Proven success in delivering enterprise systems across multiple technology stacks.
- Deep expertise in integration patterns such as API development, middleware, event-driven architectures, and security considerations.
- Strong vendor management skills with a track record of coordinating third-party system integrations.
- Experience supporting lab testing, system validation, and production deployment in complex environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
- Prior experience with hotel and/or theme park systems, including hardware installation and validation, is highly preferred.
