Job Description:
Role: ServiceNow Technical SME

Location Remote

Duration: Long Term W2 Contract

Required Skills:

• Experience in implementing SAMPro.

• In-depth knowledge of SAMPro modules with tables.

• Assisted customers in implementing SAM Tools across their organization.

• Worked on solution designing and implementation as per best practices for various module - SAM Pro.

• Working on Reclamation part in ServiceNow to reclaim the unused and low usage of software in client machine.

• Experience in Designing, customization, enhancing, workflow configuration and supporting ServiceNow

• Experience of working with Service Catalog items in ServiceNow.

• Implemented SR's Using Flow Designer Functionality.

• Worked on Workflow Editor

• Experience working with Client-side scripting (UI Policy, Client Script, UI Actions) and Server-side Scripting (Business Rules, Scripted Include) Editor, Flow Designer.

• Worked on Data loading, import sets, Data Source and Transform maps, Reports and Scheduled Jobs.

• Worked on Reports, dashboards.

• Worked on project with Agile methodology.

• Good knowledge of various inventory/ discovery solutions, like ADDM, Bigfix, SCCM, ServiceNow etc. etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus on SAM
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow engagements, ensuring timely and client-specific solution delivery.
• Configure and implement ServiceNow SAM Pro Module, Discovery, and Service Mapping (including MID Servers).
• Design and develop integrations with external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted APIs, Flow Designer, and Data Streams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across SAM modules and ITAM workflows.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce ServiceNow best practices, and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with architects to design scalable, secure, and high-performance ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of Process automations, customizations.
