Salesforce Technical Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the architecture, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions for our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce customization and development, practical exposure to AI/ML capabilities, and the leadership skills required to guide technical teams in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical design, architecture, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Design and develop complex Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flow, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Drive the adoption of AI/ML capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Einstein AI, predictive analytics, and generative AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers, including code reviews, design reviews, and technical guidance.
• Partner with solution architects, business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and optimize Salesforce data models, integrations, system performance, and overall platform scalability.
• Lead integration development using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Oversee deployments, release management, technical risk mitigation, and production support activities.
• Establish and maintain development standards, coding best practices, and quality processes across the Salesforce team.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, AI/ML advancements, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, and declarative Salesforce capabilities.
• Proven experience serving as a Salesforce Technical Lead or in a similar technical leadership role.
• Experience designing and delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II and Salesforce Application Architect certifications are preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical experience implementing AI-driven capabilities within Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein capabilities, predictive analytics, AI-powered automation, or related solutions.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, middleware, and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce data architecture, security, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and Generative AI capabilities.
• Experience implementing AI/ML use cases within Salesforce environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, source control, and automated deployment practices.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Python, or other data engineering and integration technologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce release management and platform best practices.
