  • Verify defect fixes and ensure issues are resolved before production deployment.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Participate in requirements and design reviews to identify quality risks early in the development process.
  • Support software releases and production deployments through testing and validation activities.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views to support testing and data validation.
  • Assist with production support, system maintenance, and application enhancements.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, automation, and quality standards.
  • Stay current on emerging QA tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of software quality assurance or software testing experience.
  • Experience performing both manual and automated software testing.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience validating database-driven applications.
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
  • Working knowledge of Java or Python.
  • Experience working in Linux and Microsoft Windows environments.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development practices.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and reusable test automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
  • Exposure to production support, application remediation, or software development.
  • Experience testing APIs, system integrations, and ETL/data workflows.
