Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies to drive product vision, roadmap, and delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and Scrum teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure successful product outcomes.

Required Skills

✅ 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar Agile role

✅ Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

✅ Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning

✅ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills

✅ Relevant Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent)

*Healthcare domain experience

*Experience working in Agile product development environment
