Responsibilities: - Work with senior software engineers to develop, design, configure, test, and document software solutions based on product manager requirements.
- Assist members of the ENG department in both daily activities and special projects to learn and gain experiences related to the function and its role in achieving business objectives.
- Work within defined project timelines to complete tasks according to project schedule.
- Follow agile processes in compliance with TSV's Agile methodology and participate in daily scrum meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
- Gather statistics and prepare reports on the status of projects for discussion with management and team members.
- Determine, develop, and maintain user manuals and guidelines.
- Gain exposure to the business needs by developing and implementing processes and new technologies+
