Dynamic 365 F&O Consultant

Role Summary

Seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Commerce Consultant to lead the design, configuration, integration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (e-Commerce, POS, Call Center, Omnichannel) integrated with D365 Finance & Operations (Finance and Supply Chain). The role focuses on delivering scalable B2B/B2C retail solutions for clients across the USA and India, ensuring compliance with US sales tax and Indian GST requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for D365 Commerce implementations.
• Configure Commerce modules including storefronts, POS, product catalogs, pricing, promotions, loyalty, order management, returns, and B2B capabilities.
• Integrate D365 Commerce with F&O, Power Platform, payment gateways, shipping carriers, and third-party systems using APIs, Dual-write, and Commerce Scale Units.
• Support tax configuration, financial reporting, multi-currency operations, and localization requirements for USA and India.
• Manage data migration, UAT, performance testing, go-live, and post-production support.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, user training, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations and support pre-sales demos/RFP activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote reusable implementation best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in Retail, E-Commerce, or ERP consulting.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce and D365 F&O integration.
• Experience delivering omnichannel retail projects for USA clients (mandatory) and India clients.
• Strong expertise in POS, e-Commerce, B2B portals, order-to-cash, inventory, pricing, promotions, and retail operations.
• Experience with Commerce HQ, Power Platform, APIs, Dual-write, Power BI/Fabric, and Commerce Scale Units.
• Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations (3+ projects preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in global delivery environments.
• Experience in Healthcare or Medical Devices domain is a plus.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (MB-340, MB-300, MB-310) are preferred.
