S3ALE Agile Scrum Analyst( with Secruity Clearance)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Scrum Analyst to support our federal and defense clients in delivering high-quality software and system solutions. This hybrid role requires a U.S. citizen with an active security clearance who is adept at facilitating Agile/Scrum practices, managing backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines business analysis expertise with deep knowledge of Agile frameworks to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Agile Scrum Analyst supporting multiple Scrum teams and S3ALE initiatives.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.

• Monitor team progress, track metrics, and report on sprint performance and project health.

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other team members to ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Support process improvement initiatives and promote Agile best practices across teams.

• Maintain accurate documentation using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Ensure compliance with security and federal regulations related to project execution and data handling.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen with active security clearance (Secret required; Top Secret preferred).

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with hands-on experience as a Scrum Analyst or Scrum Master.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Rally, etc.).

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to analyze complex systems and requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience working in federal, defense, or government contracting environments preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

• Experience with S3ALE processes or DoD Agile frameworks

• Familiarity with IT system development, testing, and deployment lifecycle
