Location: Pennsylvania (PA) / Washington, D.C. (DC) – Hybrid
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Scrum Analyst to support our federal and defense clients in delivering high-quality software and system solutions. This hybrid role requires a U.S. citizen with an active security clearance who is adept at facilitating Agile/Scrum practices, managing backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines business analysis expertise with deep knowledge of Agile frameworks to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary Agile Scrum Analyst supporting multiple Scrum teams and S3ALE initiatives.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
Monitor team progress, track metrics, and report on sprint performance and project health.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other team members to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Support process improvement initiatives and promote Agile best practices across teams.
Maintain accurate documentation using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Ensure compliance with security and federal regulations related to project execution and data handling.
Qualifications:
U.S. Citizen with active security clearance (Secret required; Top Secret preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with hands-on experience as a Scrum Analyst or Scrum Master.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Rally, etc.).
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze complex systems and requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working in federal, defense, or government contracting environments preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Experience with S3ALE processes or DoD Agile frameworks
Familiarity with IT system development, testing, and deployment lifecycle
