Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant
Location : Remote
Duration: 12+ months (with possible extension)

The SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll consultant role will design and deploy HR technology solutions establishing key business capabilities & enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Provide expert consulting services, and guiding clients through the implementation process., Record has no data or is missing first column or mismatch between record and header columns., Record has no data or is missing first column or mismatch between record and header columns. The consultant will work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Payroll functions like wage types, deductions, and payment schedules. This role requires proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (Employee Central Payroll platform) as well as knowledge and experience in SAP Payroll Module along with internal and external ECP integrations. Relevant experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central is required. Provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition.

Required skills:
Understanding of Point-to-Point (PTP) Replication framework between EC and ECP
Strong knowledge and experience of SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central (EC) and SF EC Payroll
Ability to build SAP Business Add-Ins (BADI's)
Experienced with setup and configuration of Replication objects
Experience with PTP system setup and initial connectivity processes
Ability to troubleshoot and debug replication errors, check the payload, and analyze replication fallouts
Experience in Replication setup between ECP and EC Time
Experience with Mash-up screens and activating country specific portlets/Integration with ECP for replication
