Role Summary

Design and build AI-driven customer engagement solutions using Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES), including conversational AI, virtual agents, and agent assist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conversational AI using Dialog flow CX / CCAI

• Build and tune NLP models, intents, and flows

• Integrate CES with enterprise systems via APIs

• Implement AI services on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Functions/Run, Pub/Sub)

• Monitor and optimize AI performance and conversation analytics

Required Skills

• Hands-on Google CES / CCAI, Dialog flow CX

• Python or JavaScript

• Google Cloud Platform and REST API integrations

• Conversational AI / NLP fundamentals

Nice to Have

• Vertex AI / GenAI exposure

• Contact center or telecom experience
