Job Title: Project Manager – AI Projects

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with strong experience in managing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering AI-driven initiatives, managing cross-functional technical teams, and coordinating with business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end AI/ML projects, from initiation and planning through implementation and deployment.
- Manage AI-driven initiatives involving Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning solutions.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project status meetings.
- Ensure successful integration of AI solutions with existing enterprise applications and business processes.
- Track project KPIs, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships, technical dependencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure AI projects meet quality, security, compliance, and business requirements.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of IT Project Management experience, with proven experience managing AI/ML projects.
- Strong experience managing Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives.
- Good understanding of LLMs, AI model development lifecycles, and AI solution deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- Experience managing Data Science, Data Engineering, and AI development teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning skills.
- Experience coordinating AI integrations, cloud-based AI solutions, and enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering enterprise-level AI transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud AI, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of MLOps, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience managing AI chatbot, automation, predictive analytics, or GenAI implementation projects.
