Job Title: Sales Force QA Lead

Skills ( must have) :

• Hands-on QE / Automation experience ( must have )
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud ( must have )
• Banking and capital markets experience. (Preferably to have a banking domain/ Capital Market ).

SF QA Lead with Automation Testing:

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance testing of Salesforce applications, including both manual and automated testing, to identify defects and ensure functionality meets business requirements.
• Test Plan Development: Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover all functional and non-functional requirements of Salesforce implementations.
• Defect Tracking: Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout the testing process, providing detailed reports on findings and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of test results, processes, and methodologies to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure consistent project execution and adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Salesforce Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant functionalities.
• QA Methodologies: Proficient understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including experience with testing tools and automation frameworks.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and cases.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, are advantageous
