Job Overview:

We are looking for strong Technical Project Managers with deep expertise in Java, Microservices, Cloud, and Enterprise Application Delivery to lead large-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background along with proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams, stakeholders, Agile delivery, and cloud-native application projects.

This role requires a hands-on Technical PM who can work closely with architects, developers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful project execution across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Manage Agile/Scrum project execution, sprint planning, release management, and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, architecture, and business teams for timely project delivery.
Drive cloud transformation initiatives using AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure environments.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
Work closely with engineering teams on REST APIs, Kafka/event-driven systems, Docker, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
Ensure delivery quality through CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
Support architecture modernization initiatives from monolithic to cloud-native microservices platforms.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
Collaborate with clients and leadership teams for requirement gathering and solution planning.

Required Skills:
Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager / Technical Delivery Manager.
Hands-on background in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
Experience with Cloud Platforms – AWS / Google Cloud Platform / Azure.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Kafka or event-driven architecture.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage onsite/offshore teams and multiple project streams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Telecom, BFSI, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects.
Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-native architecture.
PMP / Scrum / AWS certifications are a plus.
Strong architectural understanding and technical decision-making capability.

Experience Required:
10+ Years of IT Experience
4+ Years in Technical Project Management / Delivery Leadership
