Overview
We are seeking a senior Project/Program Manager IT 5 to join the Digital Application Program Management Team. This leadership-focused individual contributor will oversee strategic software development initiatives across multiple enterprise programs while partnering closely with engineering, product, and business leaders.

The role will support two strategic initiatives:

• 50% – VisionLink Program

• 50% – VisionLink Acceleration Program

This position supports a long-term digital transformation roadmap and will play a critical role in delivering key program milestones through 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise software development programs from initiation through delivery.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects across VisionLink and VisionLink Acceleration initiatives.

• Drive project planning, scheduling, governance, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

• Develop project charters and establish project execution frameworks.

• Coordinate Agile software development teams across multiple engineering organizations.

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders.

• Monitor project execution using Azure DevOps and Confluence.

• Lead cross-functional alignment meetings and executive status reviews.

• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and drive organizational alignment.

• Collaborate with global teams across the U.S., India, and Slovakia.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise software development projects.

• Extensive experience leading Agile software engineering programs.

• Strong experience managing cross-functional matrix organizations.

• Experience creating:

  • Project charters

  • Project schedules

  • Governance documentation

  • Executive reporting

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps and Confluence.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

• Experience with enterprise organizational change initiatives.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Strong executive presence.

• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

• Ability to influence across matrix organizations.

• Proven leadership of cross-functional engineering and product teams.

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

• Change Management Certification

• Six Sigma Black Belt

• Experience supporting enterprise eCommerce or Digital Platform initiatives.

• Power BI experience.

• Knowledge of VisionLink, fleet management, telematics, or connected products.

• Experience with AI or Digital Transformation programs.

• Experience leading enterprise software programs involving product management, engineering, and platform teams within large organizations.

• Experience managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or

• Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
