Senior Product Delivery Lead – Enterprise Transformation

Job Description
The Product Delivery Lead partners with Product Owners and senior leadership to drive delivery for assigned products and initiatives. This role is accountable for aligning product strategy, planning, and execution with enterprise roadmaps, market needs, and business objectives. Acting as the primary point of accountability for delivery, the Product Delivery Lead supports cross-functional execution, including organizational readiness, change management, and communications, to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
 

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead execution of delivery plans while maintaining team health, engagement, and delivery outcomes
• Drive cross-functional workstreams for enterprise initiatives, including change management, communications, and organizational readiness
• Partner with Product Owners to balance quality, cost, scope, and timelines while defining success criteria and product vision
• Serve as the voice of the customer by translating business and customer needs into prioritized product outcomes
• Manage delivery milestones, forecasts, risks, dependencies, scope, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with executives, senior leaders, and external partners on strategy, capability development, and implementation decisions
• Ensure effective Agile ceremonies and optimize value delivery across multiple teams
• Assess team capability and composition; recommend staffing changes and support team development
• Communicate progress, metrics, risks, and value realization to key stakeholders
• Support successful adoption and utilization of delivered product capabilities across the organization

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in product delivery, program management, or related roles
• Experience leading analytics and/or software development initiatives
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience preparing and delivering executive-level communications, presentations, and governance materials
• Ability to translate business strategies into actionable delivery plans
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proven ability to work effectively in a complex, highly matrixed environment

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and delivery tools (e.g., Jira)
