Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
Lead the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) for a variety of capital markets initiatives
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
Ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
Track, report and manage progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and governance forums

Partner with front office and product, middle office (risk, compliance), and back office (operations) teams and technology groups
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology and operations teams
Facilitate project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive updates
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive decision-making

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred

7–10+ years of project management experience within financial services
Strong experience in financial services technology, products, operations, and/or business. Ideally within banking and Treasury, Payments, and Fee Income.
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
