Position 1: Senior IT Asset Management Administrator
Seeking a ServiceNow ITAM specialist with strong hands-on experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
Key Skills:
- ServiceNow HAM / HAM Pro
- ServiceNow SAM / SAM Pro
- IT Asset Management and lifecycle management
- Hardware and software asset governance
- Asset reconciliation and data quality
- ServiceNow workflows, automation, and integrations
- CMDB, procurement, inventory, and endpoint integrations
- Software entitlement and license management
- Compliance, audits, true-ups, and renewals
- ITAM dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
- SCCM / Intune / JAMF preferred
- Microsoft / Adobe licensing knowledge preferred
Experience: 4–7+ years in ITAM, ServiceNow administration, or related IT operations.
Position 2: Senior ITSM Operations
Seeking an experienced ITSM / Production Operations professional who can own service management processes, lead Major Incidents, perform RCA, and drive measurable operational improvements.
Key Skills:
- ITSM / IT Operations / Production Support
- Incident, Change & Problem Management
- Major Incident Management
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Corrective and Preventive Actions
- SLA and ticket-quality improvement
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Monitoring and alerting
- Alert tuning and noise reduction
- Observability and cross-tool alert correlation
- Production support and operational governance
- Workload automation / scheduling concepts
- MSP and vendor coordination
- ITIL Foundation or higher preferred
Experience: 5–8+ years in IT Operations, ITSM, or Production Support.
