What You'll Do [concise/precise]:
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Production Engineering and Operations (PEO) implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Design and implement solutions for complex discrete manufacturing processes, including EBOM-to-MBOM conversion, engineering handover, shop floor routings, production models, work instructions, and production execution.
- Configure and support Engineering Change Management, Change Records, and Change Impact Analysis processes.
- Manage BOM structures, manufacturing master data, digital thread processes, and engineering-to-manufacturing integration workflows.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PEO with SAP PP, PP/DS, QM, PLM/PDM platforms, MES solutions, and shop floor systems.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA PEO engineering and manufacturing execution capabilities.
- Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, deployment plans, and operational support documentation.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to drive successful project delivery and adoption.
- Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions, end-user training, and knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and resource coordination to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
- Promote solution governance, compliance, industry standards, and SAP implementation best practices.
- Leverage experience with Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII), SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME), and SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) where applicable.
- Support manufacturing transformation initiatives within aerospace, automotive, high-tech, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
