About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support high-impact, large-scale engineering initiatives. In this contingent role, you will provide technical leadership, guide strategic decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve complex engineering challenges. You will evaluate multifaceted problems, contribute to long-term planning, and ensure solutions align with organizational policies, compliance standards, and delivery expectations.
What You'll Do

Consult on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives with organization-wide impact.
Review and analyze sophisticated, multi-dimensional engineering challenges that require evaluation of multiple technical and non-technical variables.
Contribute to the development of solutions for ambiguous or unprecedented technical scenarios using deep domain expertise.
Apply strong understanding of engineering functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate strategically with internal stakeholders and client partners to drive alignment and support project objectives.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, education, or military background.
Experience working across both front-end and back-end technologies (Full-Stack Development).

Preferred Experience

6+ years of full-stack development experience.
