Responsibilities
- Lead analysis across paid display, paid social, email, SEO, SEM, and website performance.
- Define KPIs, reporting standards, and measurement frameworks that support consistent decision-making.
- Evaluate trends, attribution, and return on investment to help guide optimization efforts.
- Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders.
- Own the strategy and ongoing development of core marketing dashboards and reports.
- Work closely with internal and external developers to manage enhancements and reporting improvements.
- Convert business needs into detailed technical requirements for analytics and dashboard solutions.
- Prioritize requests, manage feature updates, and support dashboard quality through QA and user testing.
- Partner with marketing and channel teams to align on reporting needs, tracking, and taxonomy standards.
- Present findings and dashboard updates to senior stakeholders in a clear, confident, and actionable way.
- Support data governance efforts by documenting metrics, improving tracking quality, and identifying measurement gaps.
Skills
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or growth analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience analyzing paid media, social, email, SEO, SEM, and web performance.
- Advanced SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Experience with analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, experimentation, and performance measurement.
- Experience managing external vendors, agencies, or implementation partners.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to different audiences, including senior leaders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multi-touch attribution or marketing mix modeling.
- Exposure to CDPs or marketing data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
- Background supporting high-investment paid media programs.
- Experience in the health insurance industry.
- Familiarity with research methodologies, data quality standards, and statistical analysis.
- Experience using tools such as Qualtrics, SPSS, or text analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing teams.
