Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Developer - Sr to lead and support the Workday Finance modules for our organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners to prioritize and deliver key objectives using Agile methodologies while maintaining the highest platform and enterprise standards. This role involves delivering solutions across various Workday Financials modules, including Core Financials, Expenses, Accounting Center, and Prism, as well as other Finance modules such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Global Consolidation, Invoices, Payments, and Suppliers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of integrators and configurators to support Workday Finance modules.
  • Collaborate with product owners to align priorities and deliver objectives using Agile methodologies.
  • Deliver solutions for the Global Finance organization using Workday Financials modules.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, product owners, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with Finance partners to optimize business results.
  • Design and build solutions to complex problems using Workday-native capabilities such as orchestration, business process configuration, web service technologies, and reporting technologies.
  • Develop automation workflows, perform unit tests, and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 6 years of Workday platform experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience designing and developing end-to-end solutions within Workday.
  • At least 4 years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience working with Workday platform across Workday Finance modules.
  • 1-2 years of experience configuring and building within Workday Prism and Accounting Center.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing integration solutions in Workday.
  • Experience with building solutions on Workday Extend.
  • Workday Pro Certifications (Integration Developer, Financial Reporting) (Preferred).

Pay Range: $68 - $72

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
