Role Overview
As a Data Center Technician, you will be a primary resolver for the support team, skilled at troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. You will support team members and share knowledge of these technologies. This position requires basic to intermediate system administration skills and the ability to work autonomously to resolve server issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary resolver for support requests related to hardware infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues efficiently.
- Support and share knowledge of data center technologies with team members.
- Utilize system administration skills to resolve server issues independently.
- Understand all aspects of the equipment you support.
- Follow direction and pay close attention to all details involved in tasks.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Be receptive to feedback and adjust performance as required.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware infrastructure issues is required.
Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate system administration skills are necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $20.00 and $26.00 per hour.
