Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain BusinessObjects reports, universes, and reporting solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and reporting components to support enterprise analytics and data warehousing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data migration, testing, validation, and integration across enterprise reporting platforms.
- Lead technical development activities, troubleshoot reporting issues, and maintain documentation following software development best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7+ years of experience in BusinessObjects development, SQL, data warehousing, and enterprise reporting solutions.

Technical Skills
|
SAP BusinessObjects, SQL, Data Modeling, BusinessObjects Universe, BusinessObjects Connectors, Snowflake, Data Warehousing, Git
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Business Intelligence, Enterprise Reporting, Data Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Stakeholder Collaboration, Problem Solving

|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse modernization or cloud migration projects.
- Experience leading technical development efforts and performing data validation and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills in Agile development environments.
