Fully Remote - Senior Full-Stack Developer (C#, React, Copilot/AI)

Description
IT Client Engagement and Solutions require a Senior full stack Developer with past experience using copilot and templates to design, develop, test and deploy copilot solutions. The projects are mainly within transportation portfolio. Teams will consist of IT resources, business clients, vendors and other internal/external stakeholders. The resource will be required to assist in completing the assigned development tasks. The daily duties include providing the technical analysis, develop UI design, software development, unit testing, defects fixing, software deployment testing and documentation. All the deliverables should meet City development and quality standards. This position can work remotely from within Canada throughout the duration of the contract.
Top Skills Details
1. Eight (8+) years designing, developing, testing, and deploying n-tier online solutions
2. Five (5+) years experience with web and mobile frameworks such as Backbone.js, AngularJS and JQuery;
3. Five (5+) years experience with C#, Visual Studio, Javascript / JQuery
4. Five (5+) years experience with REST web services
5. Five (5+) years experience using SQL with Oracle or other relational databases
6. One (1+) years experience using copilot and templates
7. Five (5+) years experience with react development
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1. The ability to mentor other developers;
2. Experience in UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) design discipline
3. Previous experience integrating systems via Tibco web services
4. Ability to work independently;
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels.
6. Experience using public sector development Frameworks

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
