Job Title Senior FM Application Support Analyst
New York, NY **Hybrid work setup**
Objective:
To provide breadth-first FM application support across the New York trading day, assuming handover from London (approximately 06:00 NY) through to New York close and end-of-day processing, thereby absorbing the US-afternoon window that cannot be covered by London, and providing New Zealand start-of-day cover at the conclusion of the New York session.
Profile:
One senior, hands-on FM application support analyst, capable of operating independently across the supported estate with minimal supervision during New York hours. Breadth of capability is prioritised over single-platform depth.
LOCATION & WORKING PATTERN MANDATORY
This role is physically based in New York and requires attendance on-site in the office five days per week. Remote and hybrid working arrangements are not available in respect of this position.

Required Capabilities:
Murex MX.3
L1/L2 production support front-to-back (trade capture, pricing/valuation, confirmations, settlement); EOD & DataMart batch monitoring, job-restart and failure triage.
US Regulatory Batch Familiarity:
TRACE / FINRA reporting, CUSIP FINRA symbol mapping, EOD regulatory processes.
ION
Gateway support for US credit workflows (Tradeweb US, Trumid, LTX); FIX-API post-trade feeds and STP into Murex.
eFX / Pre-Trade Awareness
Sufficient to triage Artemis / IDD / Broadway FX-pricing incidents in NY4 and escalate correctly.
Market Connectivity
First-line support for Bloomberg, MarketAxess, Markitwire.
Core Technical Skills
Linux/UNIX navigation, SQL (Sybase advantageous), FIX/log analysis; ServiceNow/JIRA incident and problem management (ITIL).
Product Breadth
FX, Fixed Income, Interest-Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives; commodities/carbon awareness given rising CCT demand.
