Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture for new implementations, upgrades, and major enhancements.
- Produce high-level and detailed designs (HLD/LLD), integration patterns, and data models aligned with enterprise standards.
- lead and govern end-to-end delivery: requirements ? design ? build ? test ? deploy ? hypercare.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for configuration and development using platform capabilities across Incident, Change, Service Requests and CMDB
- Flow Designer / Workflow, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
- UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Notifications, Service Portal / UI Builder (as needed)
- Data imports, Transform Maps, Performance Analytics / Reporting (as needed)
- Set standards for scoping, estimation, sprint planning, and release governance in Agile/SAFe environments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years experience on the ServiceNow platform, including architecting and implementing solutions.
- 5+ years in a lead architect / technical lead role for enterprise ServiceNow programs.
- Demonstrated experience delivering multiple end-to-end implementations (greenfield and/or transformation).
- Solid understanding of software delivery practices: Agile, CI/CD concepts, testing strategies, release management.
- Excellent communication skills able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with one or more of: ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, SPM, FSM.
- Experience designing CMDB governance, discovery/service mapping at scale.
- Experience with performance analytics, reporting strategy, and operational dashboards.
- Consulting background (requirements facilitation, stakeholder management, delivery governance)
- Certifications across CSA(Certified System Admin), CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist), CTA(Certified Technical Architect)
Deliverables:
-Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
