Summary
We have a Super urgent opening for a CFD Engineer in Mossville, IL (Onsite).
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Hands-on experience with ANSYS Fluent and/or OpenFOAM
- Strong expertise in Fluid Flow, Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, Aero Thermal Analysis, and CFD Simulations
- Experience developing, validating, and verifying CFD models using experimental and theoretical data
- Ability to analyze simulation results and provide design optimization recommendations
- Experience supporting construction equipment, heavy equipment, or earthmoving equipment is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform CFD analysis related to fluid flow, heat transfer, aerodynamics, acoustics, and thermal management
- Develop and execute simulation models using Fluent/OpenFOAM
- Validate simulation results and provide engineering recommendations
- Support product design, testing, and performance improvement activities
- Participate in project review meetings and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and analysis documentation
