Seismic Developer

We rae looking for talented candidates with -Seismic ExpertFocus: Deep content-model analysis, workflow mapping, automation design, optimization of Seismic content structure, future-state architecture. They specialize not in system configuration, but in how content and data are joined for “content automation” purposes in the system.

Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Discovery & Documentation

•Document current content automation implementation end-to-end

•Map Seismic livedocs, liveforms, document generator express usage

•Understand current folder structure, metadata schema, and content profiles

•Document integration points as they relate to content automation

•Map upstream/downstream content and data workflows

•Document current pain points, redundancies, and operational risks

Phase 2 – Optimization & Automation Strategy

•Identify automation opportunities with Seismic tools

•Propose future-state content models and metadata improvements

•Recommend scalable workflows for content lifecycle management

•Design permission and tagging policy improvements

•Provide requirements for future content automation (e.g., web hooks, scripts, or in house api based solutions)

•Partner with Reporting Analyst to measure content usage → inform automation priorities

Technical Skills Needed

•Seismic livedocs

•Seismic liveforms

•Understanding platform integrations across systems

•Understanding data mapping and architecture

Soft Skills Needed

•Able to map and lay out very complex workflows

•Impact analysis for automation recommendations

•Documentation excellence Visualization skills (to explain current/future-state workflows)
